These terms are the agreement between you and Donukaps Ltd when you use the Siftlo app or this website. They are written to be read. If anything here conflicts with your rights under consumer law, those rights win.

Using Siftlo
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Siftlo on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the terms of the App Store or Google Play. You must not reverse engineer the app, use it to break the law, or try to disrupt the service.
Your files, your decisions
Your files remain yours. Siftlo suggests what to clear, compress or move, but nothing changes until you confirm it. Please review suggestions before confirming.
- Photos you clear go to your phone's own recently-deleted album, where your phone keeps them for about 30 days.
- Files from folders you picked go to Siftlo's Recovery for 14 days.
- After those windows, or if you empty them sooner, files cannot be recovered by us or by you.
Keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose. Because your files never reach our servers, we cannot restore them for you.
Cloud jobs
Some features send selected files to our cloud AI service, only after you confirm each job. Results are produced automatically and may contain errors, especially summaries and transcripts. Check anything important against the original. How we handle these files is set out in our privacy policy.
Free and Plus
Siftlo Free includes finding and clearing duplicates and large files, People, Events, albums and folders, undo and Recovery, with the monthly allowances shown on our pricing page. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month.
Siftlo Plus is a yearly subscription, currently £29.99 in the UK. Your store shows the price in your local currency, including any taxes. Plus starts with a 3 day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your store account is charged for a year of Plus, and it renews each year until you cancel.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Cancel at any time in your store's subscription settings; Plus stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies and your statutory rights.
We may change prices for future renewal periods. We will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Changes to Siftlo
We improve Siftlo regularly and may add, change or remove features. We will not remove a core Free feature (finding and clearing duplicates and large files, People, undo and Recovery) without reasonable notice.
Our responsibility to you
We provide Siftlo with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for files cleared after you confirmed a suggestion and the recovery window passed, or for problems caused by your device, its operating system or store. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Siftlo and delete your account at any time from Settings, Your data. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts.
Updates to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app about significant changes before they take effect.
