Deleting and recovery
I binned something by mistake. How do I get it back?
Open Activity, find the batch and tap Recover. On Android Siftlo restores it directly. On iPhone we hand you into Photos with the items listed, because restoring from Recently Deleted is something only Photos can do. The window is 30 days for library photos, 14 days for files from folders you picked.
Why does my storage look the same after cleaning?
Because the photos are in your phone's recently-deleted album, not gone. Siftlo says queued to free until you empty it, and the guided step at the end of a batch takes you there.
Why does my phone ask me again after I already confirmed?
That second dialog is the operating system's, and it is the only thing that can actually move your photos. Ours says what the phone is about to ask, with the same count, so the two always match. One dialog per batch.
Can I rename photos from my library?
On Android, yes. On iPhone the library does not allow it, so Siftlo offers renamed copies into a folder you choose and tells you before you start. Anything that came from a folder you picked can always be renamed.
